Homemade Spicy Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  1. 20 habanero peppers
  2. 5 serrano peppers
  3. 15 dried arbol chiles
  4. 1 large sweet onion, cut into 8 wedges
  5. 8 cloves garlic, halved
  6. ¼ cup water
  7. ¾ cup white vinegar
  8. ½ cup fresh lime juice
  9. 3 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp ground pepper
  11. 2 tbsp ground cumin
  12. ½ tsp coriander

Directions

  1. Cut habanero serrano peppers in half, combine arbol chiles
  2. Place all ingredients into the blender, blend on high until a smooth consistency
  3. Pour into a clean jar, refrigerate over night before using, make sure to make it sit for 24hrs
