Directions

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder cocoa, salt
  2. In Ventray Stand Mixer bowl, over medium speed, beat egg and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add milk, butter and vanilla extract, beat well.
  4. Beat in dry ingredients into Ventray Stand MIxer, mix until just combined
  5. Fold in chocolate chips
  6. Heat and warm up nonstick skillet, add butter, wait until butter melted, pour pancake batter into pan.
  7. Cook until top side of pancake gets bubbly, flip side, cook until each side is golden
  8. Serve with roasted nuts, butter and syrup
