Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Summer is the perfect time to have a cold smoothie bowl for breakfast.

  1. ½ cup soy milk or almond milk
  2. 2 frozen bananas
  3. 2 tbsp peanut butter
  4. 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  5. 2 tsp maca powder (optional)
  6. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  7. 8 dates
  1. Banana slices
  2. dark chocolate
  3. coconut shreds
  4. peanuts or almonds
  5. chocolate granola



  1. Add all smoothie ingredients into Ventray blender, secure lid
  2. Blend using speed 3 for 3-4 minutes or until texture completely smooth and thick
  3. Pour smoothie into serving bowl, add desired toppings and serve
