Due to the current situation with coronavirus (COVID-19), we are closely following the safety guidelines from public health organizations and working hard to ship our orders as soon as we can while maintaining a safe distance.

However, we are unable to guarantee the originally estimated date due to each region's potential shipping carrier or logistics delays.

During the holidays, we try our best to deliver expedited parcels but there may be a chance your parcel will not be delivered on time. In cases like this, please contact us and we'd be happy to refund the expedited shipping costs. Thank you.

Yes, we do offer free standard shipping on all Ventray products (except accessories) within the US and Canada only.

Ventray Return Policy

During COVID-19, we only offer a full refund for orders that are unopen after 30-days. We are doing this as a precaution for our staff and for our customers who purchase refurbished units. We still offer our warranty service for our Ventray products to provide service to our customers who require help with their product.

Babygrow Return Policy

All Babygrow purchases are final sale while the pandemic for COVID-19 is still in effect until further notice. We do not accept returns for Babygrow as a safety precaution for our employees, parents, and children. We still offer our warranty service for Babygrow to provide service to our customers who require help with their product.

All accessories from Ventray are final sale during COVID-19 until further notice.
