Apricot Pop

Rich and refreshing, easy to make, use the freshest apricots from the market

  1. 500g yogurt
  2. 60g light cream
  3. 60g sugar
  4. 200g apricot
  5. 1 tbsp chia seeds



  1. Soak chia seeds ahead of time.
  2. Wash and core apricots, add into Ventray blender.
  3. Add yogurt, sugar into Ventray blender. then blend until puree forms.
  4. Add in light cream, blend for another 10 seconds, add in chia seeds and stir.
  5. Pour content into popsicle mold and freeze for at least 6 hours.
