Try this tropical tasting avocado smoothie for breakfast.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups almond milk/soy milk
  2. 1 cup baby spinach
  3. 1 large avocado, pitted and peeled
  4. 1 banana, peeled
  5. 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1 ½ cup ice cubes
  8. ½ cup yogurt
  9. pinch of cinnamon
  10. pinch of salt

  1. Add all ingredients into ventray blender, secure lid
  2. Blend using smoothie setting, until smooth and creamy
