Avocado Smoothie

Try this tropical tasting avocado smoothie for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk/soy milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 large avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup yogourt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into ventray blender, secure lid
  2. Blend using smoothie setting, until smooth and creamy
