Banana Cream Tart

Creamy banana with salted caramel

  1. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  2. 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  3. 1 large egg yolk
  4. 2 tbsp flour
  5. 1 tbsp butter
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, or coconut extract
  1. 3 bananas, sliced
  2. almond, nut slices
  3. 2oz dark chocolate
  4. 2 oz milk chocolate



  1. Over a double boiler, melt the sugar in heavy cream, let it cool
  2. In Ventray Stand Mixer, add in cream, whisk in egg until smooth
  3. Add in flour, whisk in butter, and vanilla extract
  4. Chill filling for 30 minutes, pour cream into prepared tart shell
  5. Melt 2 types of chocolate using microwave or a double boiler
