Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup rice
  • 1 ounce steamed chicken breast
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Steam all ingredients until fully cooked
  2. Add all ingredients to Ventray Blender, blend using medium speed for 3-5 minutes or until desired consistency and texture for your baby
