Cashew Milk

Creamy unsweetened fresh made cashew milk low in calories!

  1. 1 cup raw cashews
  2. 2 cups water for soaking
  3. 2 cups filtered water for juicing
  4. 2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 2 tsp maple syrup, honey or agave nectar (optional)



  1. Soak raw cashews in 2 cups of over over night
  2. Drain and rinse, add 2 cups of fresh filtered water to the cashews
  3. Juice one spoonful of cashew with water at a time with your Ventray Masticating Juicer
  4. Stir in sweetener of your choice
  5. Add pinch of cinnamon or salt to taste
