Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 6 tablespoon chia seeds
  2. 1 ½ cup almond milk (alternative: coconut milk)
  3. 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  4. 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  5. ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. small pinch of salt
  7. coconut cream (optional)
  8. roasted hazelnuts or other nuts
  9. cacao nibs (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour chia seeds and almond milk into your Ventray blender, pulse 2-3 times,
  2. Pour content into a container, cover with lid, refrigerate for at least 6 hours
  3. Take out the chia seed pudding base, add cacao powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, all into blender, pulse for about 3-4 times using speed 2 setting
