Chocolate Frosting

Simple delicious chocolate frosting

  1. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  2. 4 cups of powdered sugar
  3. 2 tbsp of light corn syrup
  4. 2 ounces of semi-sweetened chocolate, melted


  1. Piping bag


  1. Add butter in the Ventray Stand Mixer bowl, beat with flat beater at speed 3 for 1 minute or until creamy
  2. Scrap bowl, increase to speed 2 and beat until butter completely fluffy
  3. Lower to speed 1, gradually add powdered sugar, mix until well blended
  4. At speed 2, slowly add in melted chocolate, mix for about 1-2 minutes using speed 4
