Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Summer is the perfect time to have a cold smoothie bowl for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy milk or almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 8 dates

  • Banana slices
  • dark chocolate
  • coconut shreds
  • peanuts or almonds
  • chocolate granola

Directions

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients into Ventray blender, secure lid
  2. Blend using speed 3 for 3-4 minutes or until texture completely smooth and thick
  3. Pour smoothie into serving bowl, add desired toppings and serve
