Ingredients

  1. 1 cups coconut Greek yogurt
  2. ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  3. 1 cup chopped kale, ribs and thick stems removed
  4. 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
  5. 1/2 cup avocado

  1. Cut and prep all ingredients
  2. Add all ingredients into Ventray 600 blender
  3. Pulse or blend until smooth, serve immediately
