Blender Coconut Milk Strawberry Banana Pop

  1. 1 can coconut milk (roughly 13.5oz)
  2. 1-pint fresh strawberries, chopped
  3. 1 medium banana sliced
  4. 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
  5. 12 freezer pop molds or paper cups with 12 wooden pop sticks



  1. Place coconut milk and 1½ cup strawberries, banana and syrup in blender, process until smooth
  2. Add the reminder strawberries among the 12 molds
  3. Pour pureed mixture into molds, filling it ¾ full
  4. Freeze for at least 5 hours before serving
