Creamy Kiwi Popsicles

A simple delicious recipe make ahead over night and enjoy.

Tip for making popsicles, make sure when you are pouring your liquid leave ½ inch space to the top of the mold

Ingredients

  1. 6 kiwis ripe and peeled
  2. 1 key lime
  3. 1 can coconut milk
  4. ½ cup honey
  5. ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Blend 4 kiwis, the juice of 1 lime, coconut milk, honey and vanilla in Ventray Pro 600 Blender until frothy; using speed 4 for about 30 seconds
  2. Slice 2 kiwis, place thin slice against the side of the popsicle mold
  3. Pour mixture into mold, cover and freeze for at least 3-4 hours (or over night)
