Easter Bunny Cupcake

These super easy and fun to make bunny ear cupcakes are sure to put a smile on your kids' face

  1. 3 large egg whites
  2. 150g milk
  3. 200g flour
  4. 160g sugar
  5. 5g Baking powder
  6. 115g Unsalted butter
  1. 150g cream cheese
  2. 50g unsalted butter
  3. 2g salt
  4. 120g powdered sugar
  1. Square shaped marshmallows
  2. Pink decorating sprinkle sugar
  3. Coconut shred
  4. Chocolate sprinkles
  5. small chocolate chip


  1. muffin/cupcake cup
  2. baking tray


  1. Add softened butter with sugar, baking powder into Ventray Stand Mixer, mix over medium speed until fluffy
  2. Add in egg whites in three batches, mix until well incorporated.
  3. Add in flour and mix over medium low speed, scoop batter into cupcake paper cups
  4. Add powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and salt into Ventray Stand Mixer, blend in low speed until smooth and creamy
  5. Cut each square marshmallows into half as bunny ears, dip in pink icing sugar or sprinkles
  6. Pipe cream cheese icing onto cupcakes, sprinkle coconut shred, then top it off with pink bunny ears

Oven Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, bake for 15-20mins until ready
  2. Remove from oven set aside and cool down completely
