Fig Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Ingredients

  1. ½ French baguette sliced
  2. 4 oz of goat cheese
  3. 1 pint of fresh figs, sliced
  4. 4-6 fresh basil leaves
  5. pinch of salt
  6. pinch of pepper
  7. ½ cup strawberries cut into chunks
  8. 1 tbsp honey
  9. 1 tsp lemon juice
  10. 2 tbsp cream cheese
  11. 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Equipments

Directions

  1. Brush sliced baguette with olive oil, season lightly with salt and pepper
  2. Add strawberry, honey, lemon juice, cream cheese, goat cheese into Ventray blender
  3. Pulse for a few times until desired texture reached
  4. Spread goat cheese over toasted baguette
  5. Arrange sliced fig, strawberries on top, drizzle with honey and serve

Oven Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Bake bruschetta for 5-8 minutes
