  1. 4 oranges
  2. 1 lime
  3. 1 small thumb of ginger
  4. 3 medium carrots
  5. mint sprigs



  1. Cut oranges, lime into wedges, peel
  2. Chop carrots and ginger
  3. Add ingredients into Ventray juicer, alternate between ingredients
  4. Serve with mint
