Raspberry Vinaigrette

The perfect summer dressing for a refreshing sweet and sour salad.

  1. ¼ cup raspberries
  2. ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  3. 1 small shallot
  4. ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  5. ¼ tsp dried oregano
  6. 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  7. ¼ cup white sugar
  8. Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Combine all ingredients in your Ventray Pro 600 blender, blend using speed 2 for 2 minutes
  2. Store in fridge in air tight jar
