Red Wine raspberry popsicles

Enjoy wine in a creative fun way during this summer

  1. 500g strawberries
  2. 250g raspberries
  3. 100g blackberries
  4. 50g honey
  5. 1 cup red wine



  1. Add in all the berries into Ventray blender, pulse for a few seconds.
  2. Add in red wine and honey, puree all the ingredients until smoothly blended
  3. Pour puree into popsicle mold, refrigerate for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen
  4. Before serving, soak popsicle mold in room temperature water for 5-10 seconds for easy smooth removal of popsicles.
