Spinach Maple Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

A delicious blueberry smoothie full of antioxidant and healthy immunity boosting ingredients.

  1. 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  2. 1 cup frozen blueberries
  3. 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  4. 1 1/2 cup plain or flavor Greek yogurt
  5. 1 cup plain or vanilla almond milk
  6. 1-4 ice cubes to cut thickness



  1. Add all ingredients into Ventray Blender.
  2. Blend to achieve desired consistency.
  3. If it’s too thick, add more almond milk
  4. Serve immediately
