Pear Spinach Smoothie

This tasty spinach smoothie is packed with vitamins, great for blending with the most in-season produce

  1. 2 dates pited
  2. 2 cups of baby spinach
  3. 1 large pear
  4. 1 asian pear
  5. 1 cup milk, soya milk, almond milk
  6. 1 cup frozen mango
  7. 1 tbsp chia seed



  1. Add all ingredients into Ventray Blender
  2. Blend using medium high speed until desired consistency reached
  3. Stir in chia seed
  4. Serve immediately.
